2010 Promenade Home and Garden Tour
The Tustin Area Historical Society annual
Old Town Promenade, "The Roots and Trees of Tustin,"
to be held on Saturday, May 1, 2010. 9 AM to 4 PM
As in the past, this day-long event will feature historic home and garden tours, a guided tree walk, a guided architectural tour, a sidewalk art show, craft vendors, and refreshments. We are expecting over 800 visitors again this year so it will be a wonderful way to spend the day in Old Town Tustin! Promenade Co-Chairmen Joe Sprekelmeyer and Bill Teter and the committee are busy working to make this event a special one.
This event is the major fundraiser of the year for the Society and our Tustin Area Museum. Our goal continues to be the general support of the Museum, the preservation of our rich history, and the sharing of this history with the 3rd grade students of the Tustin area via Museum tours, our successful History in a Box Program and our annual JoAnn Bollesen Art Contest.
